Comments on Harmonized Zoning Bylaw

by Steven Wood last modified 2010-02-28 23:25

The City of Toronto is in the process of consolidating forty-three existing zoning bylaws into one "harmonized" zoning bylaw that would apply across the entire city. PPT submitted comments on the bylaw on September 25 and made a deputation before the Planning and Growth Committee on November 4th. PPT’s main objective for the introduction of the Harmonised Bylaw is that the public review process provides clear and accessible information, so that ordinary citizens can understand its implications and be able to comment effectively.
